Sam and I just made three gallons of egg nog for the competition tomorrow. Wish me luck!! I used George Washington’s recipe. Spanish Sherry, Armagnac, High West Double Rye, and Jamaican Rum, organic milk, cream, real vanilla beans, ginger, clove, allspice, and farm fresh eggs from my friend Liz. I soaked dried black mission figs in Cointreau and Hennessy then dipped them in cinnamon and sugar for the garnish. It’s pretty fucking tasty.
