Greek orzo salad. I stole this recipe from my friends Silvia and Nicole, and used Greek oregano from my friend Audrey. Orzo, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, green and purple onions, feta, parsley, garlic, Greek oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
